Have used this headset for several years; it's lightweight, pretty comfortable, and adjusts fairly easily for head and ear positions. Mike quality is good. (Keep mike a little above mouth to avoid popping and breathing noise.)I have found the top can slip back and forth a little against my hair, but that's not a fault of the headset. (Might want to put some non-slip tape up there if you have smoother hair.)It does seem to have a lifespan--had to get a new one recently because of a hum (a short? Worn-out something or other in the mike or earphones?) in the old one, but for the cost and comfort, I feel it's acceptable.Definitely recommend for a basic- to mid-level unit. (Remember to look for USB or 3.5 mm connector for your hardware!)Replacement ear pads are not hard to find, either. Which seems to make this headset more viable.
Great headset. I own multiple pairs that I use for work and have not had any issues with any pair.Shipped quickly too!
Great value headset with clear audio and comfortThis Koss CS100 USB headset has impressed me for its balance of sound quality, comfort, and ease of use. Setup was simple—plug in the USB and it was ready to go without any drivers or fuss. The microphone picks up my voice clearly for calls and video meetings, and I haven’t had any complaints about muffling or background noise. The lightweight design makes it comfortable enough to wear for long stretches without pressure on the ears. The ear cushions are soft, and the headband adjusts easily, which is helpful since I often switch between work calls and listening to music. Audio is crisp for both speech and casual music or podcasts—this isn’t an audiophile headset, but for everyday communication it’s more than enough. The boom mic rotates smoothly out of the way when not in use, which I like, and the build feels solid despite being lightweight. The beige-and-black design is a bit retro, which I personally find charming. If there’s anything to keep in mind, it’s that this is a straightforward headset without extras—no volume control on the cord, no noise cancellation, and not designed for heavy gaming. But for voice clarity and comfort at this price, it delivers exactly what it promises.Bottom line: A dependable, comfortable, and affordable headset that’s perfect for calls, meetings, and everyday use.
these work just fine. I have one individual in my zoom meetings that is hard of hearing so these help allowing her to be more focused.
The best headset for my work. I talk on the phone all day. I can hear the customers perfectly and i have no feed back. In other words, my voice is not echoing back to me. It's made my work much more enjoyable. Thank you.
