30-Day Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable: opened software or digital products, items marked as final sale, and products damaged due to misuse.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at commercial@fvfcommerce.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
