Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Times Standard shipping within the United States takes 5–10 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on the product and location.
Shipping Carriers We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on product size, weight, and destination.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at commercial@fvfcommerce.com with photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue promptly.
